Bert Weiss Glass Studio has made a series of birdbaths. These free standing glass bowls have also been used as large salad bowls for catering a large party.

This birdbath sculpture is made with 1/2" thick glass slumped into a 20" diameter bowl. The steel armature supporting it was made by Peter Happny, Peter used steel that was originally installed on Mount Washington in 1915 as a hoop for wooden water tanks. Birdbaths also can be made in a 30" diameter sized bowl with a tripod style base.
